I was so pleased with the service. They delivered on the day they said they would.

On the whole, prices are comparative to the big high street stores, and sometimes way cheaper, but there are some that are the same price, so shop wisely and compare. Quality is first class, so you can't really complain.

Good price and fast delivery.

I have been a customer for a while and I was happy with the service and the goods but today I found out that Items in your basket are no longer held for a few minutes while you shop.So for example you are constraint to order of £30 or over so you browse and add to you basket, while this is happening things are being removed from your basket because someone has now purchased these, bearing in mind that you are not being told these have been removed from your basket either, in effect you could be shopping for hours to get an order of £30 or over of goods you actually want to buy since one goes in and 2 or 3 could come out.Life is too short to put up with this sort of behaviour and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Delivery was on the day stated and left securelyOrdering was easy.

It will soon be two weeks since I requested an invoice in the correct format and I still haven’t got it. I started feeling bad for asking them as I called them so many times and emailed them about that.

Wasn't packed to good everything came squashed or burst

Delivery of items was incredibly slow and although goods that arrived were as described, many of the items I had ordered were not available. I did receive a credit for these items.

Good value for money, fair variety of products and always prompt delivery. Unfortunate that biscuits were all crushed which is why I've deducted a star.

Never received order confirmation! It took 5 weeks to receive my order with no contact after many emails being sent I only got a response a few days before delivery. I received an email the day before delivery with a list of what I had ordered and what was included in my delivery, on arrival I realised 5 items were missing.

As always the pound shop is very good with excellent service and is great value for the money but yet again the delivery by DPD was abysmal. The delivery did not turn up on the date we got told on several occasions and the box was very damaged with some of the contents damage. When I got through to costumer service they were very helpful though. I will place an order again though with the hope of a better delivery service.

Didn't reply to emails, international package arrived late and was missing products which I had been charged for. Waiting to see how they respond to my request for repayment of the undelivered items.
